Software Deployment

I have been tasked with creating an msi package for SharpDesk. For those unfamiliar, SharpDesk is a software package designed to work with Sharp enterprise scanners that allows you to scan something directly to the desktop. It basically creates an FTP server on the workstation and allows the scanned TIFF and PDF documents to be created in a folder on the PC. Has anyone had to do something like this before? I think I am going to have a mountain of a task here.
