You can easily move between queues, but please keep in mind that unless the fields (including custom fields) are IDENTICAL - order, values, etc... you'll have to write custom SQL rules for any type of automated move between queues (which is possible; I've set this up for my organization - we've got 12 queues). If you move tickets manually, most fields will be cleared out or messed up and you'll have to double-check and reset the fields appropriately after the move.
