Sharepoint Web Form

While we currently have users e-mailing tickets in, we would also like to have a web based form for users to submit tickets through (we do not have the server open to anyone off site). We would like to set up a form on a Sharepoint site, but the Infopath form that we have built does not send the e-mail in plain text.

Is there a way to send a plain text form via Sharepoint/Infopath, or to set up a custom page with HTML/PHP on a Sharepoint site?

Just spitballing here but an option may be to send the data from your infopath form to a library first - populating your library columns as required and then using SharePoint Designer, forward the values stored in your library as a plain text email into your Service Desk whenever a new item is created in the library.
