setup capture of msi?

i have a query.i have got a request to script adobereader6.01 english.What i have found is that the executable is calling a msi.so my question which is the best practice extract the msi and create transforms or do a setup capture.its very urgent

i did know how to extract msi from the executable.i just wanted to know the which is the best practice?
