Is there any service desk variables to pull or auto populates user details like AD and email id once user logins with there account name?

  • Hi Chuck, thanks..any query to to auto populate the user account details or could you share any custom rules, we are beginner in Service Desk

  • we are using lotus notes credentials to login,we are able to see out lotus notes email id in ticketting page but we would like to pull AD login name in ticketing details

When you configure LDAP import you can include up to four custom fields to be included in the import. I don't think they become accessible as service desk variables automatically but you can access them through the user table when creating custom rules.
