Service Desk Report

I am wondering how to create a report based on how many tickets were opened the previous day and how many of those tickets were closed and who closed them.  The biggest issue I am having is the filter.   If someone could help me with the filter, I would greatly be appreciative!  Also, can we have a totals row at the bottom to count the total number of tickets and how many of them were closed?

Filtering out the results for the previous day for opened and closed tickets should use the "Match all" rule. the specific filters I would personally use are Time Opened and Time Closed with the "is within last" operator. You can make it filter within the last x number of minutes, hours, days, months, years.
