Service Desk Queue Direct URL

Is there a way to create a URL that directs users to proper Queue rather than going to services desk and selecting the queue they want to go to?

  • Admin interface or User Console interface? They will be different depending on which interface you want the link for.

admin interface: http://[KBOX]/adminui/ticket_list.php?queue_id=[#]

user interface: http://[KBOX]/userui/ticket_list.php?queue_id=[#]

replace [KBOX] with your server and [#] with the Queue ID. Find the queue ID by looking at the full links in Configuration > Queues.

    No matter which Queue ID I use, the URL would bring up the default queue assigned to the user.


    • Hmmm... It's working in my environment. How do you manage the ticket owner labels? I.E. is there one label for all queues, or each queue has its own?
