Service Desk: Is there a way to add a group like LDAP label group into CC list?

I wanted to see if anyone know how to add a group to CC list instead of adding people one by one. Thank you.

  • I did think about that, but then the users cannot view the tickets by My CC Tickets. - pamzhao 1 year ago
    • unfortunately, you can't add a label to the cc list, but you could use a custom ticket rule to add a list of email addresses based on a certain condition. - olgonzo 1 year ago
  • We have many groups and people are added and removed from the groups all the time. This is very hard to maintain with custom ticket rule. - pamzhao 1 year ago

you can use a distribution group email address.
