Is anyone else experiencing issues with spacing on Service Desk email notifications after updating to 9.1?

My HTML looks good in HTML viewers but when the email goes out it looks like breaks are being added and everything is spaced out oddly. Do you guys see anything that I can clean up that might help?

What its supposed to look like:

  • I am having a similar problem where html content being sent in by email is having seemingly random line breaks added
