Service Desk - Easy way to send PDF as a ticket response

We want to send a PDF back to users for certain tickets as a response... is there an easy way to use the Knowledge base response and have a pdf automatically attach? Or any other ideas?

I think you could create a KB Article and attach the PDF to the KB article. You can then setup your queue to email the details across at the appropriate time and it should include the PDF.
