Service Desk - Automatically adding User to CC for a Specific ticket category

Is it possible to automatically include a certain user in the submission of a ticket category or when a ticket is assigned a particular category?

You can do this with Custom Ticket Rules.

Really!?! So in the setup of the queue for every category you have the option to add in a user to be cc’d, so they receive an email when a ticket is logged using that category.
