Hello there,
I have this stupid application with me, which installs fine when launched with exe but fails with MSI(already figured out how to make it run without calling the exe). the problem lies when i punch in the license key and press next , application simply comes up with a prompt stating license key is not valid(its valid, when calling the exe.).
Things i have tried: comparing log and found out a few dialog which might have caused this window to appear, but removing them doesn't make any sense since doing that the application just wont progress at all to next screen. Found out a property in this respect
SRFPRODUCTVERSION 1
VALIDPRODUCTKEY 3
but even these aren't helping much.
Silent setup isn't supported by this application.
Any help in this direction or tip to get past this issue will be appreciable.
