Sending mutiple quotes within one ticket to clients

Is there a way to change the email to send multiple quotes to the clients. Our purchasing agent sends multiple quotes in one ticket but the client can only view the last one attached.

The clients do not want to take the time to log into Kbox to see these quotes. They want to view them in the email and then reply to purchase or not.

I know this is a request in kace user voice but still can't believe it wasn't done to begin with.

  • I'm guessing that you are using a system rule for the notification and the purchasing agent is adding the quotes as separate comments. Is that correct? You may need to create a custom rule that notifies the user of multiple changes, but the logic for that rule would be complicated.

    Can your purchaser put multiple quotes in a zip file and attach them all in one comment? - chucksteel 3 years ago
  • Unfortunately that is asking too much of that person. In the customize email section I am doing last_comment 6 to send the last 6 comments in the email was hoping I could do that with the last attachment also. - scarpent 3 years ago
