Is there a way to send helpdesk email to the end user within kace. Our old ticket system allowed use to send email to the end user who created ticket directly from the system.

That functionality exists when you add an update to a ticket if configured properly: https://support.kace.com/help/doc/ServiceDesk/wwhelp/wwhimpl/common/html/wwhelp.htm#href=helpdesk_start.2.09.html&single=true
