Self-Help Password Reset Software [SOLVED]
We are looking to secure our network a lot better and this will require stronger/more complex passwords for the end users. I can only imagine the traffic we will get after doing so with users forgetting what their password is. As there are only two of us in the IT department plus our manager and VoIP person, we are not going to have the time to worry about resetting passwords daily. I am now searching for solutions for some sort of Self-Help Password Reset Software. I have come across plenty websites offering such solutions but would like some input from those who currently use Self-Help Password Reset Software. I just downloaded the trials for Specops and Scriptlogic to try out. I would like some recommendations and such if anyone has any. Thanks in advance!

This is what we have had on campus for the past several years. I am not the one in-charge of it so I cannot really provide in-depth information, but from my own reset needs and using it to reset passwords for end users it had been very easy to use, and it is an invaluable tool.

Thanks ncmonag. I will check that out.
I do not like the script logic software. The admin side of things look great but the actual link they place on the login page for the end user looks horrible.
