Seeing the full email contents when submitting a ticket via email

Is there any way to see the full email (headers and all) to an email sent in to the K1000?  We have a web form that for one of the fields isn't selecting the appropriate drop down and I was hoping to be able to see what exactly was being sent in to the k1000 since it looks correct on when looked at in the sent email.  And other fields are populating correctly.
