Secure Browser would not load

Hi,
After two attempts at downloading, installing and attempting to open Secure Browser (Uninstalled both times using Revo Uninstaller on setting 4), after clicking to 'open' Secure Browser, the app would not finish loading, it would utilize >95% of system resources (2GB) but would never display after waiting 5 minutes or more. My system is a Dell Inspiron 9300, WinXP SP3, 2GB RAM, 80GB HDD, AVG 9, Comodo F/W. Can anyone help? Thank you.

This forum is directed at those involved with application packaging (i.e. the creation of application installation packages), not application support. I think your query might best be directed to the application's vendor.
