Ha ha ha we should have used that... We just went through the interview process.
One of our basic phone interview questions were: "Name 2 ways you can create a shortcut in Install Shield"
About 50% of our phone interviewees (who stated specifically having 3+ years experience with IS) answered.... drum-roll please...
"Right click and select create shortcut"
