SCCM 2012 OSD task Deployment | Machine name query
Hi All,
In the OSD task for SCCM 2012(win7 deployment) ,I want to check the machine name apply some checks to go ahead or abort the OSD installation..
Any one have any suggestion for this?
This check will be done as the first task in OSD task sequence.

select * from Win32_ComputerSystem WHERE Name LIKE "MININT%"
If the computer does not get a proper name it will reboot.
But I think you should do the check after Windows settings is applied. - wmrofri 10 years ago
