Anybody got SAS service pack 4 packaged?

I downloaded the service pack 4 from sas.com and all i can tell is that my service pack 4 is not being installed. Instead , when i run the first setup.exe located in the SWNSPB it does say that it's SAS service pack 4, but yet if i press NEXT then it goes into installing JRE(the verison they need is already on my pc). So, what is the point of the JRE telling me that it's already installed? No idea. Once that is done, i click finish and it launches another program which says "this program will install SAS Software on your computer"....Did i miss something here? what happened to my service pack 4 installation or is this the service pack 4 installation that i am looking at?.

Can someone please point me to the right location of the service pack 4 if you have managed to package it.
