Safe Mode Does Not Work/Open
It loads drivers as usual opens the login screen under safe mode and restarts the machine after about 10 seconds and starts normal Windows mode. try again it does the same and never opens the Safe Mode.
OS: Windows 7 standard base build. System built done through SCCM deployment.
PC: Dell Optiplex 745/755 and also HP (Happens across all hardware)
Softwares: Office 2007, Adobe 9, Flash Player, McAfee AntiVirus and bacis windows applications. (Nero not installed as I found out that Nero causes this problem for some)

There is two ways to go to safe mode
- The safe mode can be set by go to the normal mode and restore the safe mode
- Then also it does not come means then re install the os.
