Rightfax Silent installation not happening
Hi everyone,
I have an problem with Right fax.I am unable to install the right fax in silent mode even i use the cmd line such as msiexec, etc,,
i found the error in the log file as following
MSI (s) (B4:F0) [09:57:34:931]: Product: RightFax Client Applications -- Installation operation failed.
MSI (s) (B4:F0) [09:57:34:931]: Attempting to delete file C:\WINDOWS\Installer\156691.mst
MSI (s) (B4:F0) [09:57:34:931]: Unable to delete the file. LastError = 32
MSI (s) (B4:F0) [09:57:34:931]: Cleaning up uninstalled install packages, if any exist
MSI (s) (B4:F0) [09:57:34:941]: MainEngineThread is returning 1603
MSI (s) (B4:E0) [09:57:34:941]: Destroying RemoteAPI object.
MSI (s) (B4:A8) [09:57:34:941]: Custom Action Manager thread ending.

Actually,i created the mst for the application and it is applied properly and is installing well in GUI, but it is not getting installed in silent mode.. during the silent install, an mst is being created in the installer folder.
Please, help me...

thank you for ur help. I tried analysing log file it is showing Return value 3 as u said, and it is mentioning about the Installexecsequence. so, i checked the Installexecsequence table in my mst and there i found an action EnableSilentFeatures. for which the condition was given as Not Installed And UILevel<5.So i tried with changing the condition as Installed And UILevel<5.And now silent installation is working fine but uninstallation is not happening. Its saying Fatal error during installation..
