Restricting quota
I'm staying with a mate and they have a really restricting quota. They don't want to change their plan so I was just wondering.. is there a way to slow down or cap the speed of sattellite broadband with windows XP?
ps. the quota is like 500MB so I'm in desperate need of an answer

500mb is tiny. It depends what you are doing? Email is pretty light for the most part, and torrents can be throttled. If you are task-oriented with how you use it, it should be pretty easy to keep track.
