Is it possible to do a restore of just the scripts?

For some reason all of our scripts disappeared. I have the latest backup, but I do not want to restore over today's work. I am mainly concerned with our helpdesk tickets.

I have a feeling we may have to do some sort of report of today's tickets. Then do the restore from last night and manually re-entering today's tickets.

Full backup and full restore are your only options in the interface. I'd suggest opening a support ticket to see if they can restore specific areas of the KBOX.
