Resolved: MSI installs all features even with ADDLOCAL specified
Any idea why this might happen?
There are 6 features under Complete (let's say F1, F2, F3, etc)
msiexec command specifies ADDLOCAL=F2, But it keeps installing ALL the features anyway. Looked at the msi log, and it did get the correct command line (only F2 specified)
