KACE Product Support Question


**Reporting question- I am looking for a report to show weekly tickets created, closed, and current status of the ticket.

I have been tasked with the following and having a hard time pulling it out of KACE, any help would be appreciated. 

Weekly reports

Monthly reports

Ticket volumes

Ticket types

Ticket aging

I have a repository on GitHub of reports that might include what you need, or will at least be a good starting point.

Also, if you will be creating reports I strongly recommend that you start learning SQL. The SMA's database is MariaDB, but is close enough to MySQL that you can use whatever materials are best for your learning style.
