Report for ticket based on Time Open field

I was wondering if anyone could assist with creating a report that has the Time Open field (shows the amount of time a ticket has been open) that is seen when looking at a listing of tickets in the Tickets queue. 
I am looking for a report that shows ticket ID, requester, owner of SDCSC, title, and narrowed down for a time period of the last 2 years.  I can get the report created via the wizard, but the field time open is not available.
Any assistance will be greatly appreciated.

  • Do you have experience with MySQL? This will be possible but the report will need to be modified from what the wizard creates.
    • I have very little experience with MySQL. But I am willing to give it a try.
      • The first step is to enable the reporting user on your appliance so that you can connect with a database tool. The recommended software is MySQL Workbench. It is free and works very well. Once you have that setup you can browse the tables and work on queries.
