Removing USMT Scan templates

My K2000 RSA's drive got corrupted, so I had to import a new vm with a newer version.

Just prior to the drive corruption we had started experimenting with USMT, and had a small number of test templates created. Now after the rebuild I want to remove those templates from the SDA, but it won't let me because it says "One or more entries could not be deleted because they were created on an RSA." Well. Yeah. But that RSA no longer exists, so now what?
