Removing old SIRE and Pushing new SIRE to the workstation using SCCM

I need help to create packages using SCCM 2007 to remove the installed SIRE from about 180 workstations and install SIRE Client 6.2.130.0. The installation package must be able to Run the .msi, accept the license agreement, exclude (FileCentreNET,OfficeAddIn and CaptureNET) and only installs the Launcher. And the last part create Desktop Icon.

Is there anyone to help me with this.
