Removing Computers
What is the best way, or recommended way, to remove computers from KBOX? We have a 3yr PC refresh and when we remove PCs from the company, we manually have to go in and remove the PC from inventory.
Is there a way to automate this? Like if the PC hasnt connected to the system in a certain time frame it is removed from inventory?

You need to look at the MIA sub-tab under inventory. You can automatically remove systems based on a certain number of days of inactivity.

The layout for the user interface changed in version 6.0. You can now find "Configure MIA Settings" under the 'Choose Action' menu on the Inventory -> Devices page. - airwolf 9 years ago

Check the box next to it in the Devices list and then "Choose Action" -> Delete. Note: This will not remove the associated Asset record. - airwolf 9 years ago
