Remote assistance will not work with malwarebytes

We were able to remote desktop from in Kace System management Devices. After installing Malwarebytes we are unable to remote assist anyone. we get an error:

a problem with this webpage caused internet Explorer to close and reopen the tab.

  • Hello sir, you will need to clarify what remote tool are you using and How, KACE does not have any remote connection tool.

  • Easy. Restore the machine you installed Malwarebytes on using the latest backup/snapshot that you took.

    You snapshotted/backed-up before installing, right?

We had to do something in Malwarebytes server to correct the problem.
