It depends on what you have available in your environment. Off hand I'd probably first try locating the needed uninstall command within the HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Uninstall registry subkeys, and then tweak it to work silently. Then I'd just deploy that command to the machines via Microsoft SCCM 2007...
