registry entry added in transform doed not shoes up in REGISTRY EDITOR after installation
Hi,
Could some one help me?
I am trying to repackage CORPTAX application.I am creating my own feature and relatd components. I am adding a file and some registry entries in the components. When installed with my transform files gets copied but the registry registry do not show up in reg editor.
any idea?

I had a similar issue with an mst. The mst would compile w/o errors, but when I examined it the merge module I was adding disappeared. I then created a separate feature, added it, but it still disappeared.
I'm using Wise Package Studio.

Could be the feature is not getting installed, or maybe you have no permissions to write to the registry. verbose log the instlal and you'll be able to see what isnt being instlaled and why.
