does any one is aware of any script like vb which can be used in such situation?

As fuz_kitten says, why on *earth* do your client's processes disallow transforms? Are you saying that they do a full install of, for example, MS Office, simply because they can't/won't use transforms?!?
And how would script be simpler than using transforms? It is do-able, but horrendously complex and, to my mind, unmaintainable. How would you handle updates/patches?
