reg DELETE HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Symantec\Symantec Endpoint Protection\SMC\SYLINK\ /f /v SyLink
the /f is to force the delete without prompting you to confirm. the /v is to tell the command what value you want to delete
