Software Deployment

I am having trouble doing a passive install of qbooks 2009. I have put the license key in the msi and run the msi with the /passive switch but I dont get the workstation portion installed it just seems to put some portion of a server install on my machine. If I double click the msi and run it then it does install the workstation. During the manual install I keep all the defaults same, I assume, as the passive would do.
