Quick assign to button in K1000 service desk
is there a possibility to create an quick assign button for tickets.
we are a team of 2 people who receive these tickets in a queue,
we have used spiceworks in the past and the (only) good thing about that was the quick assign link on unnasigned tickets.
is that something built in, or is there no other way than first select the ticket --> choose action --> change owner --> my name.
