Queues emailing issue

Hello

About once a month all of my queues will uncheck all of the event notifications that are set in them.

Any Change
Owner Change
Status Change
Comment
Approval Change
Resolution Change
Escalation
SLA Violation
Ticket Closed
New Ticket Via Email

I have to go back through and select them all again
