Question about ticket rules.
Is it possible to include the entire ticket body/details in an email? We already have the notification rule working, we just want to add more information for our technicians in the field.

Article 613 was updated recently so grab the latest query, then put $comment anywhere you want the comment to appear

so that the conversation will remain readable.
