qlik view client SR2 got stucked when clicking an option example after deploying Thinapp

hi team ,

i was deploying thinapp for qlikview clientSR2 x86 version 11.2 .the shorcuts opens fine . but when i am clicking an option example in the data visualisation as shown in the screen shot the application gets freezed

the application will get stucked as shown below:

team kindly help me as it really urgent for me solve the issue

Have you tried capturing the first launch of the application during sequencing. You would also need to check if there is any hardcoding in the package maybe in file/registry.

yes i have tried it piyush,,,,,, the issue happens only in Wimdows 2003 R2 ... i have found that its a settings.ini which is a rutime file which is creating issue .. whnver we are launching the app it is making entries on it... i find it to be the reason for that... coz i ahve tried to delete the ini file and launch it the example folder is not appearing.............so kindly help me how can we make it solved.. thanks for the previous response........ - nandagopal 10 years ago
