PXE is not available in our network environment. Is there a way to create a bootable CD or flash drive that will boot into the KBE?

I figured out where the ISO/Flash creation is. However, when I booted to the KBE, I got this:

*** Location KBOX IP address from DHCP option 66 or 244
"ERROR: Unable to determine KBOX IP Address"

What do I need in DHCP (I don't control this service) to make this work? Any way to put the KBOX IP in the KBE?
