Pst installation Problem

Please someone help on this.
Product name: Sony Forge 10.0
The application is working fine on XP and shortcut is also launching with desired output. But the same application is showing user id & password dialog after launching the shortcut on windows 7, after supplying the id and password giving the desired output, please tell me how to suppress this dialog.
And it’s also launching IE after closing shortcut; I need to suppress this as well.

Hi,
Does this shortcut keeps on prompting the user information everytime when launched on windows 7, if not then
on a clean Windows 7 machine install the application , take a first snapshot then launch teh shortcut enter the required deatils and take another snapshot. check what resources (files/registry)are getting added and add them.in the application.

You need to find out why the user is being prompted for their credentials. Is the application accessing a network resource, for example? Could this simply be a Windows 7 UAC prompt?

As to why IE is being launched after the app is shut down, who knows? Could be anything...
Rating comments in this legacy AppDeploy message board thread won't reorder them,
