What does the value 3 represent in the Property INSTALLLEVEL? (INSTALLLEVEL=3) Thanks.

When an MSI has an INSTALLLEVEL of 3, it will install all features that have a level of 1-3 inclusive. Any features with a higher level or a level of 0 will not be installed.
