The SourceDir property is the root directory that contains the source cabinet file or the source file tree of the installation package.
The TARGETDIR property specifies the root destination directory for the installation.
The INSTALLDIR property is commonly used to hold the default installation directory (ex. C:\Program Files\MyVendor\MyApplication)
