When I try to run any report I get the following.

Report Error: Error while running report. Java heap space

Any suggestions?

This happened to me a while ago. You will need to contact support. They can increase the timeout on the report generation to stop the errors, but the KBOX may become unresponsive while the report is being generated.

We no longer modify the tomcat configuration for this purpose. If this is a business requirement then we can perform the modification as a professional service.
