Problems provisioning a device by IP

Sorry for the inconvenience, someone could help me with this screen, I am provisioning a device by IP and it throws this fault at the last one, it is seen that if there is a connection by IP, the authentication is also fine

go to Settings |Logs |Provisioning Logs and post the output.
As you can see in your screenshot it refers to that for more details.
