Check out the Microsoft Driver Installation Framework documentation.

Microsoft already provide a MSI template (DIFxApp) for installing network drivers etc.

I have tried with Installing the driver(ABVPN2K-IPSEC) driver,But MSI installation is getting Rollback. As of original setup is installing miniport driver for "Broadband NetXtream Gigabyte Ethernet-Net Firewall Miniport Interface" and "WAN miniport (IP)-Net Firewall Miniport Interface".
Where it has two infs, one miniport INF and second one is protocol INf. and in original setup it is getting installed with one EXE called xpinst.exe having having 5 arguments as <-Filter> <Protocol Inf> <Miniport Inf> <Protocol Component Id> <Miniport component id>. Means using the Difxapp i have to provide both the inf in porper order, but it is not working out.I am not able to identify these agrument also properly, if any one knows the usage of this xpinst.exe with this arguments please let me know.
