Print$ Share removal

How can I remove the print$ from computers listed in shares using powershell?

It depends on how it was shared to begin with.

It may be as easy as "Remove-FileShare -Name "Print"

But it makes more sense to look at where it is being shared from (print server maybe?) and stop sharing there.
