Why was the print option taken away when upgrading from 6.0 to 6.3?  Many of our technicians need the ability to print a ticket. Printing using the browser cuts off a lot of the content.

  • What Browser are you using?
  • The print option isn't in the ticket on any browser. It was there on version 5.4 and newer. But on this newest release, 6.3, it isn't there.

It is being added back in version 6.4. We were also disappointed that it was removed.
