Prevent creation of start menu shortcut

Is there a way to prevent the automatic creation of a start menu shortcut after chrome is launched?

After chrome is launched it automatically creates desktop and start menu shortcuts. As i am publishing a streamed app via Citrix this is not desireable.

I have created a master_preferences file to prevent the creation of the desktop shortcut but haven't been able to locate the preference to do the same for the start menu shortcut.

The following are set in the master_preferences file.
"create_all_shortcuts": false,
"do_not_create_desktop_shortcut": true,
"do_not_create_quick_launch_shortcut": true,

I checked "http://dev.chromium.org/administrators/configuring-other-preferences" but it doesn't list all preferences available!. So if anyone is aware of the complete documentation for preferences that would be great also.

You need to keep a file named "First Run" without any extension under "%LocalAppData%\Google\Chrome\User Data\" folder to prevent the creation of desktop and program menu shortcut during first launch.
